Deleting your account and data

You can delete your FlipTok account at any time. It is immediate and permanent: the data cannot be recovered afterwards.
From the app (recommended)
- Open FlipTok and go to your profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice and type your username: it's there to prevent deletions by mistake.
Without the app
If you no longer have the phone or can't log in, write to clashroyal54321bs@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, giving your username. We delete the account within 30 days of the request — usually much sooner — and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- The profile: email, username, display name, bio, pronouns, link, photo.
- All posted videos and their thumbnails, including the stored files.
- Comments, direct messages and conversations.
- Likes, saves, follows, views and the usage data used for the feed.
What may be kept, and for how long
Abuse reports about banned content or behaviour may be kept for up to 12 months without your name, to protect other users and to respond to the authorities if required. Nothing else survives deletion.
